Canon Inc. to make OPTOPOL Technology S.A. of Poland a subsidiary

TOKYO, Canon Inc. and OPTOPOL Technology S.A. today announced that the two companies have reached an agreement to make OPTOPOL a consolidated subsidiary of Canon.
